☛Decoration Package files come in .zip files. Please make sure your have proper software to extract you files. You can find free unzip software online.

✖ Depending on your screen's resolution or the printer you use, colors may slightly vary.
✖ You CANNOT print the files as greeting card or photos at a photo lab or at online photo print shops.
✖ Some print shops request a password to upload files, so you will need to email to the print shops, or create a JPEG file to upload to those websites. Please convo me if you have such problem.
☛Files are PDF files, not JPEG or photo files. But you can create a high resolution screenshot with Adobe Reader and crop out a high resolution 5x7 JPEG file with free graphic program like Paint.
☛You can also use some online converting tool to create high resolution JPEG files. Please convo me if you need further assistance to convert your files.
☛ You may print as many as you need for your personal use.

How do printables work?
➤ Printable files are digital files ONLY.
➤All instant download links will be available right after your payment is confirmed.
➤ You can print as many as you need after you receive the file(s).

What are the file formats I will receive?
☛All PDF files are password protected, 8.5" x 11". You can open the files using Adobe PDF reader without any problem.
☛Single Item Listing: (like Invitation, Thank you card etc)
Editable PDF file(s) can be downloaded directly from file links;
☛Decoration printable files:
PDF Files come in a .zip file. Please make sure your have proper software to extract you files. You can find free unzip software online.
Is any instruction included?

I don't have a computer at home, can you edit my files for me?
Yes, we can edit the files for you with an extra fee. Please purchase one of the following listing with your order(s):

Where can I print my files?
You can print your files at home or take files to a print shop like Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center etc.
*** Please make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Reader.
***Any other programs will ask for a password.
You CANNOT print PDF files as greeting card or photos at a photo lab or at online photo print shops with the ORIGINAL EDITABLE PDF format.
Files are PDF files, not JPEG or photo files.
***Files need to be converted to JPEG formats to print at Photo labs. Instruction included.

Why do I get a message asking "Password" when I open my files?
If you got any message about passwords, that meant you've opened the files with a wrong program.
Here are a few tips might help:
***Please make sure to open the file with Adobe PDF READER, NOT Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.
Here is a link to download the latest version of ADOBE PDF READER.

***Please right click the file, and choose "Open With...Adobe Acrobat Reader".
***DON'T DOUBLE CLICK THE FILE. You computer will open the files.

How to edit my files (IF APPLICABLE)?
1. Download Latest Version Of ADOBE PDF READER. FREE Download at
https://get.adobe.com/reader/
2. Open your file(s) with Free ADOBE READER on your computer(PC or Mac ONLY)
>Make sure it’s “READER”, NOT pro, Preview etc.
3.To change fonts or font size, press
Control+E( for PC) / Command + E (for Mac)
4. Save your file(s).
