I currently care for my grandson during the day Monday thru Thursday. Orders are processed in the evenings when I get home. All orders are packed in the order they are received. Priority Mail requests will be bumped to the head of the pile, but will not ship same day ever. I will use my days at home Friday - Sunday to catch up on any backlog. While it's my ultimate goal to process orders from the current day that same evening, it doesn't always work out that way. If there are too many orders or I have a personal obligation that evening I may have to push the packing process to the next night. Your order should ship within 2 days of receipt.

~~ All orders include FREE tracking. (Insurance is not part of the standard First Class/Ground Select Mail service. If you want insurance you can purchase it as an upgrade at checkout.)
~~ Free Shipping on Orders over $35 (after discounts and before sales tax). If you process multiple orders and I'm able to ship them together I will refund the excess shipping fees. Frequently asked questions

What is the hole size of the Czech Beads?

Generally, most of the Czech glass beads can be used with 21g or thinner pins, .8mm elastic and .019 inch beading wire. Bead wrapping wire of 20g will also work on most of the beads. The smaller ones might require a 22g wire or pins. Some of the rondelles can be used with 1mm leather cord and 18g. wires.

I've added several larger hole beads that can be used with leather or cord. The hole size should be indicated in each listing. If you have trouble finding it, please message me.

When do you ship?

I ship packages daily Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. I ship most orders the day after the order is received. This gives the buyer a chance to make adjustments to their shipping address or possibly add to the order. I found that shipping the same day created some issues and it was best to delay the shipping just a bit. If you need your item shipped the same day please message me. I will let you know if I can do it. Orders with Priority Mail upgrade purchased will be pushed to the front of the cue. If possible they will ship same day.

Wholesale availability

I do not have a large amount of inventory on hand. However, some items are available for bulk/wholesale purchase if you request a wholesale purchase via message. I will ascertain the availability of the item you want and let you know my best price to obtain the items. A listing will be created for you. Once paid, I will order the items for you.

Not all items are available for this service and stock may be limited by my supplier. Based on current market prices and availability.

CUSTOM AND WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! If I ordered the merchandise for you, it's yours. I don't want it back. ;-)

Returns - Shipping - Who pays?

If I've made an error in your order, I will cover the cost of the shipping to return your item. A shipping label will be sent to you via email that must be used immediately. All you have to do is package the item(s) carefully, apply the label and drop off the package with your carrier or at the Post Office.

If you've miscalculated a size or need for a particular item, I will not cover the cost to return that merchandise. I will also not refund the shipping fees for that item. If you received FREE shipping because your order was over $35 I will withhold the shipping I paid from your refund.

READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE SIZE AND MATERIALS YOU ARE PURCHASING.

What do I do if my order is stuck in transit or lost?

If your package is taking longer than expected to be received, please check tracking. This is what I will do if you message me asking where it is. If the package is stalled you can initiate a Missing Mail or Lost Package inquiry.

What if my order says "Delivered" - but I didn't get it?

#1 - Check the address on your order! Many times people forget to update their address or an old address is inadvertently used in error. Make sure it was sent to your current address.

#2 -- There is nothing I can do with the USPS to find the package. You'll need to check with neighbors and your local carrier ASAP! There is a chance it was delivered to an incorrect address. Most packages will be found and/or delivered after the mistake is corrected.

#3 - Check with other family members who may have received the mail.

In accordance with Etsy policies, the seller is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the USPS. This is protection for seller against fraudulent claims of undelivered mail in an attempt to get a refund.

Restocking

I order from several different vendors and place orders weekly. I will try to keep popular items in stock.

If there is a particular item you need/want, you are welcome to message me to find out the status of that items availability. If I have an item that is no longer available I will deactivate the listing (you won't be able to find it). If an item is in the sold listings, it may have a button to click to be notified when it's been restocked. If you click that button, you will be notified as soon as I relist it.
