We ship all orders USPS, either Ground (2-5 days) or Priority (1-3 days).

Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of my personalized items, I can not accept cancellations or returns. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me to discuss your order further. I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues!
The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If a name is misspelled in the notes to seller at the time the order is placed, and your blanket is personalized with the incorrect spelling, you will not be refunded. If font style and thread color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.
Sizing and Pattern Detail
Each listing specifies the size options of the featured blanket in the item description. Please read the description and the suggested uses to clarify the size before placing your order. If you are still unsure on which size to order, feel free to message me and I will gladly give a suggestion!
The three blanket sizes listed in my shop are Lovey, Baby, and Child. If you see a print in one size, but are interested in ordering in another size, please contact me! I LOVE custom orders and will gladly make that happen for you.
Lovey - Approx. 17" x 17"
Baby - Approx. 26" x 34"
Child - Approx. 34" x 54"
Pillows - 18" x 18"
Patterns may have slight variations in placement.
Care Instructions
Although Minky holds up well to washing and the dyes in the fabric will not fade, it is recommended to wash separately in cool water using a gentle machine cycle. Hang to dry or machine dry on a low setting to ensure long lasting softness. Never iron Minky.
Gift Purchases
All of our orders ship in a high quality, branded gift box! If you would like to include a gift message in the package, mark "This item is a gift" at checkout, and then include your note in the "Gift Message" box. We will print a custom gift message card to include in the gift box. Please make sure to include your name, otherwise it will not be indicated anywhere on the package.
Shipping and Rushed Orders
If you would like your order with rushed PRODUCTION time, you will need to message me PRIOR to placing your order. Due to the custom nature of my items, not all items will have the option of being rushed. If you get approval on your rushed deadline, you can add the RUSH MY ORDER listing to your total order. We have a Rush "Production" and Rush "Shipping" option, we will discuss which option or options you need to purchase.
Once the item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for any delays.
