Full payment is required before an order is prepared and shipped.

I ship to the address supplied on the Etsy invoice, so please check it prior to submitting your order. If you have paid with Paypal, please ensure you check the shipping address is correct there also, to avoid any confusion.

I will endeavour to ship within the timescale given on the item listing. If for some reason I am unable to do this I will contact you asap and let you know.

I send all of my items via Royal Mail. Within the UK I ship first class, and international orders are sent Tracked where possible. Royal Mail estimate delivery within the UK will be next working day (on top of the processing time given on the item you have ordered). Outside of the UK, Royal Mail estimate a delivery of 7-10 working days to reach your countries customs (on top of the processing time given on the item you have ordered) although delays can occur, so please allow a comfortable amount of time for it to be delivered. You can track it using the tracking number I provide, on the Royal Mail website, www.royalmail.com. Some countries also enable tracking within their own postal website, using the same tracking number provided.

Customers are responsible for any import duty or customs charge levied on packages entering their country. Please ensure that you are aware of any possible customs charges for your country before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for making sure the item purchased is not prohibited or restricted in their country before purchasing. One Dotty Duck will not be held liable for items destroyed/sent back to me due to a countries postal restrictions.

Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
