Custom and personalized orders

We love custom orders! Simply send us a message with details of what you're looking for, include colors, size, date needed by, and your location.

I need my order by this date, can you deliver by then?

All delivery dates are not guaranteed and should only be used as estimates. Please order with enough cushion time before your event. See above for estimated delivery windows for your location.

We offer Priority Mail at checkout for U.S. buyers, which expedites their processing to 1-2 days and estimated delivery time to 1-3 business days. For orders needed even sooner, we can ship Express mail by request. Please message us with your zip code and date needed by.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and message us if there are any issues within 5 days of delivery. We will prioritize and resolve the problem ASAP.

In all cases, a photograph is required for store credit or exchange, and in some cases we may ask you to return the item to us so that can we can provide proof to our manufacturer. If requested, damaged and incorrect items must be shipped back to us before store credit or item exchange can be issued. Once a balloon is inflated it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason. If an item is thrown away by the buyer we are not able to process a return or exchange.

Can I cancel or return my order?

All sales are final. All information is available for review in your cart, including order details, shipping estimates, and delivery address. However if you need any small changes to your order, please do not hesitate to message us as soon as possible! We may be able to make small changes if we haven't begun on your order yet. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days of delivery for an exchange.

Can I pick up in person?

Yes! We are open for local pickups in East Pasadena, CA. Please message us to place an order and schedule pick up time. Visit our website for current store hours.
