Announcement
We are currently donating 20% of all sales to COVID-19 relief efforts in the Philippines. At the moment, millions of low-wage earners need to stay at home to contain the spread of COVID-19. As a result, there are countless families who are going hungry every single day. 20% of each sale will be donated directly to Power In Her Story who are providing relief kits and feminine care products for marginalized and disabled women. To know more about their initiative, visit www.powerinherstory.com.

Frequently asked questions
What sort of packaging is used to ship your products?
In some cases, you may receive your items in standard USPS padded envelopes or boxes. Whenever possible, we use repurposed and/or recyclable boxes and packing material from previous shipments in order to extend their life cycles. We encourage our customers to do the same!
What are your carbon offsetting initiatives?
We are proud to sell our products on Etsy, which is the first major online shopping destination to offset 100% of carbon emissions generated by shipping. Now, every time you receive a package from Etsy, the company balances out the carbon emissions by investing in emissions reduction projects that keep our Earth beautiful, clean, and green—which means you can feel extra-good about every special delivery.
Even our official website is powered by Etsy, which means that all orders placed there benefit from 100% carbon offsetting as well!
Why doesn't my item look exactly as pictured?
Each item is crafted by hand in the Philippines using natural and organic materials. Please note that each item is unique and that each "flaw" is as intended by Mother Nature. Slight differences in size and colors may occur in the process making. Please handle with care.
How are your products sustainable?
One of the main materials that we use is capiz, which is a kind of shell that is produced in the Capiz province of the Philippines. Capiz, which boasts of its 80-kilometer coastline, was once a wide stretch of swampy lands, which were then converted into fishponds. The province itself is a testament to resourcefulness and sustainability.
Our abalone and mother of pearl are also sourced sustainably from abalone and oyster farms where they naturally remove nitrogen and heavy metals from the water they live in, creating a natural bio-solution for polluted water.
