Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Wine charm display boxes, Customized wine charm DIY kits and finished wine charm sets are available for wholesale purchases. I'll gladly discuss this with you if interested.
Do you guarantee delivery?
If guarantees are desired, I encourage you to purchase a shipping option that includes insurance. Priority mail shipments within the US include insurance. If your package goes missing, you'll need to contact your local post office for help in tracking or reimbursement.
International shipments are trickier. Our postal service does NOT offer insurance on the least expensive shipping items, but spending $50 to ship a $30 item doesn't make a lot of sense. I regret that I can't be responsible for lost shipments if you purchase an uninsured shipping option, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
