I must receive the item back in the same condition it was received by you and in the original packaging.

Buyer (whether in the US, EU or International) is responsible for cost of return shipping except in the case of shipping damage (photos of damage to packaging and item are required within 24 hours of receipt so that I can file a claim with the insurance provider).

Please insure and/or use a service that can track your return shipment.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt of the item back from you.

I will not be responsible and cannot give refunds for returned items lost or damaged during shipment back to me.
