I accept cancellations up till the time the item is shipped. If you request a cancellation after you get a notice that a label was purchased and the package is being shipped, I cannot cancel nor refund the order and you will need to cover original as well as return shipping to return the item.
I do not do exchanges. If an item does not work for you, you may return it and I will refund you for the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. You can reorder the item you want.

If you are not happy with your new item, I will be happy to refund the cost of the item (minus original shipping charges, this includes free shipping orders since the original shipping has to be paid for). Thank you for understanding that I am a small business and try to give my customers the best prices possible so I do not add return shipping fees into my product prices.
Please message me ahead of time to confirm. When returning your item(s) please be sure to use a bubble mailer or box it was sent in (or one similar) and ship the package first class (not machine rate) to ensure there is no damage to the product. Also please message me with the tracking number after you ship the item. Proof of delivery protects your return, for you.

Please understand I have no control over how long it takes a package to be delivered once I turn the package over to USPS. Extended shipping times are not a reflection on my shop nor the quality of the item I am selling. Be aware that I will not be able to refund you for the item because it is late. Because of numerous issues and resulting problems after changing addresses I am sorry to say I no longer do this after the order is made. The best move is to cancel the order and have the customer reorder with the correct address.

You have the option to purchase Priority mail (not gurenteed to arrive in 1-3 days) or EXPRESS mail, through USPS at checkout. USPS EXPRESS is the only guaranteed option, and should arrive within 48 hours of being dropped off at the post office. Once a package is marked DELIVERED by the Post Office you would need to deal directly with the Post Office to find out what happened and what to do. I do not refund packages marked as DELIVERED.
