We accept Credit Card, Etsy Gift Card and Paypal as payment methods. For international orders, remember that our prices do not include any customs duties.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING. We offer worldwide flat rate shipping. You can order as many items as you want, the shipping cost will always be the same.

SHIPPING ADDRESS. Orders will be shipped to the address provided to Etsy. Please check it before placing the order. We're not responsible if the address provided is wrong. In those cases, no refund will be offered and it'll be necessary to place the order again.

UPDATE THE SHIPPING INFORMATION. If you want to change the shipping address, send us a message and we will confirm the new shipping address. Adding a note when placing the order may not be enough. We can't guarantee the shipping address will be changed unless we confirm it.

Due to different postal services' return policies, we are not responsible if an order is not delivered in those cases where the name displayed in the shipping address provided does not correspond to a person living or working in the address provided.

If an order is returned due to difficulties with the delivery (incomplete address, customer not picking it up from the post office or not home), an extra shipping fee will be charged to ship again the order.

PROCESSING TIME. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. If you need priority processing, please contact us. Custom items or orders with +6 items or custom orders may require additional processing time. The processing time corresponds to the time between the moment when the order is placed and the moment when the package is handled to the shipping company.

SHIPPING UPGRADES. All orders are shipped from Spain via Priority Air Mail. Standard shipping does not include tracking information. Shipping upgrades include tracking information. The tracking number may take up to 2 business days to be updated.

For US customers: Due to USPS tracking method and policies, the tracking information from some orders coming from Europe may not be properly updated. We cannot guarantee the tracking information will be updated once the order is handled to USPS. Please contact USPS for more information.

EXPRESS SHIPPING. Express shipping is available. The estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days. Please contact us for more information. Due to the nature of orders placed with Express Shipping (priority processing and fast shipping), the processing and shipping cost is non-refundable for orders placed with Express Shipping.

All orders placed with Upgraded or Express Shipping require the buyer to provide an email address and phone number when placing the order. We may also request a valid National ID number and phone number for orders placed with Standard Shipping or Free Shipping. We are not responsible for any delay or package return in case of insufficient information when placing the order or after we request it (24-hour delay). In these cases, a refund or order cancellation will not be possible.

DELIVERY TIME. If you need to receive an item before a certain date, check the processing and delivery times and send us a message before placing your order in case you are not sure if it will arrive in time. Notes like "I need the items by February 14" will not be taken into consideration if the date is within the estimated delivery time.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping cannot be tracked. We are not responsible in the cases where an order does not arrive in time because it got lost during shipping. An order will be considered lost 45 business days after shipping. In that case, we would offer a replacement shipment or a refund.

HOLIDAY SEASON. Due to Holiday Season and Postal Service information, all orders placed between November 17th and January 31st may take up to 5 extra days to be delivered.

Estimated delivery time:

- Spain: 1-10 business days
- Europe: 2-14 business days
- US and Canada: 5-5 business days
- Australia and others: 7-20 business days

The estimated delivery time for Expedited Shipping is 1-7 business days.

Important: this information is based on postal service estimation and should be used as a guideline only. National or International holidays will be taken into account in the estimated delivery times.

COVID-19: Due to the current situation, there may be delays of up to 7 business days depending on the region. Also, make sure your country is accepting international packages. We are not responsible for any delay or if a country refuses a package and it is returned. In those cases, it will be necessary to upgrade the shipping profile to one that isn't affected by the restrictions or to wait until the destination country accepts international packages.

Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been manufactured as all the items are unique and made to order. If you want to cancel an order after the items have been manufactured, the refund amount will correspond to 20% of the items' cost.

CONTACT. If you want to contact us, please send us a message via Etsy Conversation. We cannot guarantee we will reply if you contact us outside of the Etsy platform.

WHOLESALE. We offer wholesale deals (discount we offer on large orders). We do not offer any reseller program. We are not responsible for any issue caused by the commercial use of our items (itself or as tools). Please contact us for more information.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING COST. Please take into consideration that in order to simplify the shopping process for international orders and to offer the best possible service and flat rate shipping price, the "Shipping" cost you see during checkout also includes the "Processing" cost (Processing and Shipping Cost).

Processing and Shipping cost includes item post-processing, VAT taxes, packaging material, packaging recycling process, package distribution cost, national taxes, Etsy fees, and shipping cost. The processing and shipping cost is non-refundable.

ETSY POLICIES. If an order is lost during shipping, cannot be tracked or does not arrive, the customer must contact us within 90 days after the order is placed. We will not resend lost orders or offer a refund if we are contacted after 180 days have passed since the order was placed.

ITEM SIZE. All our cookie cutters are available in different sizes, taking as reference the longest side (1in = 2.5cm). The cookie cutters' thickness is 11-13mm (0.5in). Cookie cutters with inner details have a depth of 3mm (1/8") compared to the cutting outline. We recommend using a 5mm (1/5") dough thickness. All our cookie cutters may have a size difference (up to 7%) due to the manufacturing process and in order to keep visual consistency within cookie cutter collections.

Custom cookie cutter thickness and sizes are available upon request. If the size you want is not available, please contact us and we will add the size option.

CUSTOM COOKIE CUTTERS. We are not responsible if the information provided when purchasing a custom cookie cutter is wrong. Please check the information provided (names, initials or dates) before placing the order. In cases where the information provided doesn't meet our criteria (name instead of initials, wrong date format, number of characters exceeding the limit, word instead of initials) we will send the cookie cutter with no customization.

Alphabet cookie cutter set. Due to the small difference in sizes within an alphabet cookie cutter set, all our letter cookie cutter may have a small size difference (up to 7%) in order to keep the same visual consistency. If you want to know the exact size of a cookie cutter or have any questions, please send us a message.

Items with complex shapes and inner details may be simplified in the smaller sizes in order to meet our quality standards.

MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING. All our items are made to order using eco-friendly materials and using additive manufacturing technologies.

Some of the images are a virtual representation of the items we offer in our shop. Texture and color may vary.

Our manufacturing process allows us to offer unique custom cookie cutters and many different sizes, but in exchange, the edges may not be as sharp and resistant compared to injection molded or metal cookie cutters. Please, notice that plastic cookie cutters have some limitations in terms of heat and impact resistance and the item's outer texture. Due to the manufacturing process, the items may have some small visual marks, which do not affect functionality. The color of the cookie cutters may vary.

Small cookie cutters may be more difficult to use than big cookie cutters due to the outer texture and cookie dough thickness required.

USE AND CARE. Our cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only. Items should be cleaned using water below 35º Celcius, and exposure to moisture or direct sunlight should be avoided.

As we are concerned about environmental issues, recycled materials are used during the packing process. Also, the invoice won't be printed unless it's strictly necessary or specified when processing the order.

Unfortunately, due to the recycled packaging we use on all our orders, we can't guarantee a nice display of the items or personal notes on the box. Gift wrapping is not available.

In order to protect our customer's designs, all custom orders' designs and files are deleted 90 days after the shipping date. If deleted, the custom design fee will be charged again. The customer is fully responsible for the use of any custom cookie cutter requested and we are not responsible for any misuse of the design or item.
