Frequently asked questions

I entered the wrong address during checkout! What can I do?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you entered the incorrect shipping address. If your package has not already been shipped or your print order hasn't already gone into production (addresses can't be changed at that point), I will gladly change the address for you. Once your purchase is in the possession of the postal service or in production, I'm unfortunately no longer able to redirect or intercept it.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. If you do not wish to have the package resent, I will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome custom and personalized orders—just send me a message, and I'll help you find exactly what you need! Please note that custom orders are not eligible for coupons or other discounts.

Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

I accept returns or exchanges on most items, excluding custom or personalized items and digital downloads. Please contact me if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase so that we can work together to determine the best solution for you.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after purchasing. After that, the customer may return the items at their own cost when the order arrives. Please check the estimated ship dates before you buy. I will not cancel orders that have shipped or will ship by the estimated delivery date, even if the customer misread it.

Any orders that are canceled, returned, or exchanged due to reasons beyond my control will be subject to a restocking fee of $5.00. Shipping will be paid in full by the customer.

My package was lost in transit or left at customs. What can I do?

I ship all orders using tracked shipping. As per Etsy's policies, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring there is a safe place for the package to be delivered. I am not responsible for items after they have been dropped off at the post office. If you're unable to track down your item, I will do my best to help you find it. If your item is insured (either by request or for any orders shipped via Priority mail), I will file an insurance claim and offer you a refund or new items once the claim has been approved.

For printed items (shirts, mugs, etc.), please notify me within four weeks of when the package was shipped so that I can have the item(s) replaced for you. If it is after four weeks, printed items cannot be replaced.

Cancellation by seller policy:

The seller reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders for any reason outlined in Etsy's cancellation policy (outlined here: https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/cancellation-policy/253925018785). This includes disrespectful behavior by the purchaser, which is at the discretion of the seller.

No customer will ever be turned away because of their race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other aspect of their identity. The only requirement is basic respect and kindness.
