Shipping damages to products
We hand package every order that we ship. We try our best to ensure the products are protected by using double layer bubble envelopes. If you order was damaged during the shipment process, please contact us prior to leaving a review. We will be happy to replace your order free of charge!

My order never arrived
If a shipping label has been made for your order (even if it still says Pre-Transit), the order was sent and USPS unfortunately lost it in transit. If this happens, we are happy to file a report with USPS and resend your order free of charge! Please contact us prior to leaving a review to resolve the issue! We do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if the item is returned to us, however unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping for any reason.
