What is turnaround time?
I usually start work on your poster as soon as I receive your order. Your unique star map and poster will be created within the same or next business day after your order is placed. For digital downloads, you will receive a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG file that is ready to print within 1 business day. For the printed and framed version, you will receive a preview for your approval and any adjustments. Once I receive your approval for the poster, it will be printed and shipped to you.
How do I make an order?
Just add to cart star map your like. Make sure to provide following information so I can start work on your order as soon as possible:
1. First custom line of text (bigger text on the poster)
2. Second custom line of text (smaller text above location and date)
3. What location would you like to use for stars view
4. What date would you like to use for stars view
For Digital Download listings please make sure to tell what color of background you prefer: Black, Blue or White and if you prefer poster with border or without border.
