DUE TO EXTREME SHIPPING DELAYS, WE HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING OUR BULLET FABRIC IN AS OFTEN AS NORMAL. WE HAVE IT ON AN AUTO ORDER WITH OUR NORMAL SUPPLIER BUT THEY HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET THEIR SHIPMENTS IN. WE ARE CONTINUALLY CHECKING OTHER VENDORS DAILY TO GET ANY AND ALL THAT WE CAN. IN THE EVENT THAT OUR SUPPLY RUNS OUT BEFORE OUR NEXT SHIPMENT COMES IN, WE MAY SUBSTITUTE LIVERPOOL IN PLACE OF BULLET. SAME FABRIC. SAME STRETCH, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TEXTURE. Our only other option would be to extend turn around time and at this time, that is just something we do not want to do! By placing your order, you agree to this temporary substitution in the event we run out of bullet.

Due to all orders being printed in house to order, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of your order being placed. We do not accent returns or exchanges due to the nature of the item.

Orders of 20+ strips are subject to a 1-2 added business day. We are happy to combine orders placed within 48 hours of each other but please message us so we can make note of it. We often times, do not see the notes until we are packing orders.

All packages are sent USPS First Class unless a different shipping method is selected and paid for by the buyer. We ship ALL orders out within their turn around time and are no way, shape or form in control of transit. Once your order is picked up or dropped off, we have zero control over it. Please note, that some areas are experiencing scanning delays due to abundance of packages and shortage of staff. We print all shipping labels the evening prior to shipping. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

***Please be aware that there are times that certain things can and will influence production time. We always do our absolute best to avoid any situations that may come up and adhere to the current production time stated but please be aware that this might not always be the case and we reserve the right to change the production time without notice. We absolutely understand that you have customers waiting on the items as well so we will always do our very best to get orders out within our turn around time. Orders ship in the order received not by size. If you need your order in a hurry, we offer a rush option as well as priority upgrade shipping. Keep in mind that the rush option only rushes the production of your order, not the shipping. If you are needing your order quickly, we advise that you add both the rush and priority upgrade to your order. Rush orders leave same day (if placed before 11am PT Mon-Fri) or next day if placed after 11am PT (Mon-Thur). We do not ship on Saturdays so all rush orders placed after 11am PT on Friday will ship on Monday (excluding Federal Holidays)
