Gift wrapping and packaging
If an item is marked as a 'Gift', a packing slip will not be included with the item. However, if there is a gift message, it will be included in the order.
Incorrect address / failed delivery refunds
Please make sure your address is correct. I am not responsible for orders lost or not delivered due to the buyer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or non-USPS verified mailing address. No refund will be issued.

Missing Package with Delivered Tracking Status
