Please contact me with any concerns regarding your ability to provide accurate measurements before purchase. I can not be held responsible for poor measuring. In the case that your garment does not fit properly, I am happy to resize/tailor your garment. If you choose to not opt for resizing, standard sized items ordered off the sizing chart (not custom sized) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 5 days of receipt. Custom made garments (items made with custom fabrics and/or custom sizing) may be eligible for a refund—minus a 50% restocking fee. All refunds are issued minus shipping & handling fees. Your purchase will be refunded AFTER the item is returned in the same condition it was mailed to you in

With anything in my shop, if you don't see your size listed please don't hesitate to reach out. My full size chart is listed below, and the "custom" size option is always open if you feel you don't fit comfortably within any of the sizes listed.

When seasonal scarves and pre-made accessories are available, they are eligible for a full refund if the buyer emails within 5 days of receipt with their refund request. Exceptions can be made for being away on travel or if the item is a gift. Within reason, I am more than happy to workin with you on the timing.
Buyer must pay all shipping fees to return the scarf/accessory, and a refund will be processed AFTER it is returned in the same condition it was shipped in. No exceptions for items that have been washed or worn, as this is not new condition. There will be a 30% restocking fee if your scarf/accessory has pet hair on it. It is necessary for the buyer to take the courtesy to use a lint roller if you item has interacted with your pet.

With all handmade, I recommend washing in COLD water. (Always!) Hand washing is obviously the lowest impact, but using the washing machine on the GENTLE cycle works great as well.
Air dry, or LOW HEAT in the dryer are recommended.
Your garment was made with great care to ensure durability, heat and high agitation (in the washer/dryer) are really the only two things that should be avoided.
Any items that need ironing should be ironed inside-out only, on medium to low heat. Do not iron fleece!
