ABOUT OUR SHIRT STYLES:
UNISEX TEES & SWEATSHIRTS:
These tees and sweatshirts use standard unisex sizing and look great on anyone who likes a relaxed fit.
WOMEN'S TEES:
These tees use standard JUNIOR'S sizing, which runs very SMALL compared to standard women's department store sizing. They have a feminine cut and shorter sleeves.
KIDS TEES:
These tees use standard youth sizing, which runs a bit short and wide.
*Note: Some of our tees have "tear away" labels. This means the tags are extremely easy to remove and sometimes come off during printing.

• FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: 3-6 Postal Days
• PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2-3 Postal Days
• EXPEDITED/EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1-2 Postal Days
• STICKER SHIPPING: First Class Letter 3-6 Postal Days, Minimal Tracking
✔ NOTE: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. The estimated delivery date you receive is based upon USPS's estimated shipping time to your location. Unfortunately, postal delays sometimes occur. While we can guarantee ship dates, we can not guarantee shipping transit times.
✔ NOTE: The above shipping times denote shipping time only. Each item is custom made on demand and is typically ready to ship in 1-5 business days. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days, but some can take up to 5 days if your item's size/color needs to be restocked.
••• SHIPPING POLICIES •••
We'll happily reship any item that is lost in transit or returned to sender (just contact us if this has happened to you). Unfortunately, we can not replace items that have been marked as "delivered" to you by USPS. However, most of the time your local post office will be able to help you track down a package that has been delivered but not received, if you contact them.
••• RETURNS/EXCHANGES •••
If you've received an item other than what you've ordered, or if it arrives damaged, it will be replaced or refunded (your choice). Just send a message with a photo.
Missing Items: If your large order is missing an item, we'd be happy to replace it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue full order refunds for one missing item, as missing items are a bit tricky to prove.
Because our items are custom made on demand, we do not offer free returns or free exchanges for sizing issues or postal delays. Size charts are provided in each listing. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we'll happily accommodate, but you'll be responsible for all shipping costs (for both the original shipping + return)*

••• HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES •••
Please inquire if you need to receive an item quickly as a last minute purchase for a holiday or special event. We can usually oblige. :)
RECEIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS DATES (USA):
First Class: Order by 12/15
Priority Mail: Order by 12/17
Priority Mail EXPRESS: Order by 12/19
Deadlines are a guide based on USPS's cutoff dates for orders delivered by Christmas. When ordering near a deadline, your item may arrive after Christmas if USPS runs into an unusual lengthy delay. It's also possible to still receive your item before Christmas when ordering after the deadline if USPS is running quickly. In most cases, ordering a day after a deadline would still be ok, but not guaranteed.
•••CANCELLATIONS•••
Because our shirts are custom made on demand and the process starts quickly, we can only guarantee cancellations that are made within 1 hour of purchase. After that, please send us a message. We'll usually be able to accept the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after your order has been made are subject to a $5/item restocking fee.
