Amber, I'm sorry to hear you were upset with your experience. I would ask that you be more patient in the future with sellers, as I responded quickly after you messaged the 1st time. I shipped the product shortly after, 3 days before my shipping deadline. You asked for an update the next day after the expected delivery day, and a refund the following day w/o giving me time to respond. I work in health care & with Covid surging again it’s been a bit crazy so I wasn’t able to respond to your message immediately. I sent it thru USPS & unfortunately there wasn’t a tracking number on the receipt. I are in a pandemic and shipping is taking longer than usual. I didn’t ship the product late (per my shipping profiles) & I did mail it. I have done everything I could. Enjoy it when it comes.
