If you think your package is lost in transit, please let us know immediately.
If tracking is marked as DELIVERED, we can replace your order, but you would need to pay the replacement fee.

We add signature service on certain packages so please make sure to contact the local post office if they're holding your package.

We DO NOT take the layaway plan.

Ordered items will be processed 24hours after we receive the payment.
Please consider cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any cancellation after the time will incur a corresponding processing fee of 10% of the item amount.

Since we use natural opal, it has the propensity to absorb water, which causes the color to fade away.
When this happens, please use a hair dryer and dry it at warm temperatures but not too close.
