How do I measure my ring size?
For most accurate results, we recommend that you purchase our ring sizer.

Please know that the above technique is very useful but has some room for error if done incorrectly. We advise that you measure more than once to confirm the result.

Are your rings adjustable?
Yes, our rings are not welded from the back, which means you can pull the edges apart to make a ring slightly larger than the size you ordered.
For example, if you order a size 8, you will be able to widen the gap and make it up to a size 9. You can then tighten it back to size 8. However, you will not be able to make it a size 7 because the edges would overlap, which can make the ring uncomfortable to wear and possibly bent out of shape.
Should I choose a bigger ring size when ordering a wide ring?
No, Please select your true US ring size and we will take care of adding the necessary ease for a comfortable fit.
What happens if I order a wrong ring size?

If you happen to order a wrong size, we can have it resized or exchanged for you. However, please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the ring back and forth.

Absolutely! Surgical steel is one of the most popular choices for sensitive ears. We use high grade surgical steel for our earrings, which have worked exceedingly well for our customers with very sensitive ears.
What is the difference between stainless steel and surgical steel?
Stainless steel is available in many grades. Each grade varies slightly in composition and is used for different purposes. Surgical steel is one of the highest grades of stainless steel. As its name implies, it is used in surgical tools for hypoallergenic purposes. We use surgical steel for our earrings which makes them a great choice for sensitive ears.
Can I wear your jewelry in the shower?
YES!! You can wear all our rings and earrings in the shower, pool or beach. Our pieces will never rust or turn your skin green even if exposed to water.
