When you will reply to my email?
Customer Service hours are weekdays only from 9am to 5pm via email. Any email sent during the weekend or Bank Holiday will be dealt with on the following working day.
We will reply to messages within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
We use Hermes or Royal Mail to ship our orders and we are not responsible for delays in delivery after dispatch. Delivery timeline is usually 2-3 days after dispatch for standard delivery (2nd Class). When ordering, please add dispatch time to the shipping times, which will varies, according to how long it takes us to prepare your product.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you will purchase the EXPRESS DELIVERY Service, this mean 1-Day delivery after collection from the courier, and not next day after your placed the order. Production times will still apply. Orders are dispatched according to queue of arrival on Etsy.
I haven't received my order
In case your order has been lost due to courier, we will open a case with the courier and keeping you informed, while proposing you a replacement or a refund. Incorrect or wrong addresses do not qualify for refunds.
If you won't be in, we suggest you update your safe place or preferred neighbour for deliveries on Hermes website/app, before receiving the order.
Any wrong or incorrect address may result in undeliverable or delayed orders, which we will not be held responsible after dispatch.
If Hermes has attempted to deliver your parcel 3 times unsuccessfully, they will return it back to us. Any re-delivery will be at the customer expenses, by paying £2.95 shipping fee using the following link: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1004312589
