4 out of 5 starsGreat little bag. I would suggest a slightly wider strap for better comfort - but still very cute! Would you ever consider making a slightly larger bag - maybe 2-3" bigger? Could be your S, M, L sizing! Thanks!

Exchange and Refund Policy
If you have any issues with the recieved item, please first contact me!
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the Exchange / Return shipping and VAT/TAX costs.
In this case I will declare whether the Exchange / Refund is possible for your item.
- If you order a custom, persoalized product from my shop, with unique adjustment, then those items are not acceptable for Exchange / Return requests.
Do you accept Returns?
First please note that due to change of mind or in case you didn't order the item you want, we can't accept return / Exchange requests!
We are unable to provide a return shipping label. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, I can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.
Please contact us for the return shipping address.
Otherwise, we will not be able to collect the product from the courier service due to the Customs and Taxes imposed / levied on us.
Can I track my order?
Yes! I will email / etsy message you the tracking number.
- Please write me your phone number for FedEx courier service to prevent disruption.
- Strictly No PO BOX address, FedEx do not deliver international orders to P.O.BOX.
- I ship to your Etsy address so please keep it updated! If your address is incorrect,
You can correct it in message/email BEFORE the order was sent.
If you correct it after an unsuccessful delivery by FedEx or call FedEx and change your address after your order was shipped, it will cost you US$10, which is the FedEx fee for address change (they bill me).
The package will be destroyed, when it's undeliverable (incorrect address, or you are not available), therefore refund is not possible in such case.
Do I have to pay import tax upon reciving my order?
Please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before purchase and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur, since this fee is not included in the shipping fee. Shipping fee only covers the price of the delivery service, import tax is not included. Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so.

I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?
Please note that small delays can be expected due to the pandemic, customs, bank holidays.
If your package shows it has been delivered and it is not at your business or home, please contact FedEx with your tracking nr. As a service standard, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. However, in some circumstances recipients can allow FedEx to leave your package without a signature. If the buyer allows delivery with no signature and the package gets lost or stolen we won’t be able to resend the item or provide a refund of the order! Always ask for a signature as proof of delivery! East Block Kft/ArisBag cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the recipients allowed FedEx to leave your package without a signature!
What to do is the shipping address is incorrect?
If the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order, please contact us as soon as possible, before the order gets shipped! In the email please include your order number and your full name and correct shipping address. If the item has already been delivered we are unable to refund the order or ship a new one. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a valid shipping address at the time of the order and ArisBag/East Block Kft cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the incorrect address was provided!
The item was damaged during shipping. What do I do now?
If the item was damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the package and item. We will need the documentation in order to file a complaint with the shipping provider in order to get a refund.
Shipping Information
FedEx Express services will be used for shipping your order to your home. The shipping charges paid by you in advance will cover one full export process, including two delivery attempts to the address you provided us at the time of your order.
For the successful delivery we ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details, including phone number where the delivery personel can reach you during working hours.
Modification in delivery data will cause extra charges to be covered by you and delay in delivery.
Please be aware, that you need to sign for the package to be delivered!
At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Gfit wrapping and packaging
All bags are wrapped in a comes in a useful shopping bag. I will send the invoice by e-mail, I do not include it in the package, the value of the item will be displayed on the Customs Address Label on the front of the package.
If the bag is a gift, select the 'gift' option and consider including a gift message for the recipient when you checkout and I’m happy to make a card with your kind message and provide the bag with a nice wrapper.
