I just received the magnet and the artwork looks even nicer when you have it right in front of you. The contact with the artist was very pleasant. On my message that the letter had not arrived by post and the request for a new shipment she reacted very friendly, accommodating and fast. The magnet is intended as the showpiece of an advent calendar that I would like to give to my girlfriend. The second shipment not only arrived on time, it also came with a personal message and a postcard with another artwork. In short, I have not had better experiences with an online shop so far.

Ich habe den Magnet gerade erhalten und das Artwork sieht sogar noch schöner aus wenn man es direkt vor sich hat. Der Kontakt mit der Künstlerin war sehr angenehm. Auf meine Meldung das der Brief nicht per Post angekommen sei und die Bitte um eine erneute Sendung hat sie sehr freundlich, kulant und schnell reagiert. Der Magnet ist als Prunkstück eines Adventskalenders gedacht, den ich meiner Freundin schenke möchte. Die zweite Sendung kam dafür nicht nur rechtzeitig an, Ihr lag zusätzlich sogar eine persönliche Nachricht und eine Postkarte mit einem weiteren Artwork bei. Kurz gesagt, bessere Erfahrungen habe ich bisher noch nicht mit einem Online-Shop gemacht.
