Every effort is made to adjust the images shown here for accuracy. Since the calibration of every monitor or screen is beyond my control, you may see some slight variation.

Depending on the size of your print, you may see some variation in cropping.

Lighting conditions can cause color shift. I accept returns for any reason, though if the color is correct in natural light you would need to cover the return shipping cost in this scenario. (Alternatively, you could switch to "daylight" or "cool white" light bulbs.)

I do not sign prints unless requested; this way my signature doesn't interfere with the artwork.

I am happy to include my signature if you simply include a message at checkout.

Generally frames are sized according to the print that fits inside. The frame adds to the overall width and height as follows:

FINE ART PAPER:
Frame adds approximately 1" to width and height when accounting for overlap. Including a mat will reduce the printed image area; the frame size stays the same. (Another way to think of it: matted frames are still ordered by frame opening size, not artwork size.)

CANVAS:
Frame adds approximately 1.5" to width and height when accounting for frame width + space between frame and canvas edge.

Please allow up to 5 business days to print and prepare your order for shipping. Etsy should provide delivery estimates on each listing and/or at checkout to give you an idea of when your order should arrive.

Peak ordering times (i.e. the Christmas holiday) may require extended production time. When this happens I will be sure to update your order to reflect the new delivery estimate.

Please let me know if you are on a deadline before placing your order. While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I can usually offer rush production options (within the US) to get your order to you in time.

I collaborate with professional print shops located in the UK, Europe (Spain/Netherlands), Canada, and Australia as a faster, more economical option for orders shipping outside the US. HOWEVER, since stock availability varies by location, you should still be prepared to pay any applicable customs fees.

If this is a concern for you, please contact me before placing an order so that I can confirm production location for your chosen print options.

Fine art paper prints sized 8" x 10" are mailed inside stay-flat envelopes, while larger prints are rolled and mailed inside sturdy mailing tubes. Prints up to 12" x 16" can ship in flat packaging within the US for an additional $10 per order; this option is available via shipping upgrade at checkout.

Canvas prints and framed prints ship securely in cardboard boxes with an interior cardboard support system to protect from damage in transit.

I am of course happy to replace any prints that are damaged. I do ask that you contact me within 14 days of delivery and that you provide photos that show any damage to the item AND photos of the packaging, even if the packaging is fine. These photos are required for filing an insurance claim.

If you prefer refund instead of replacement, we can do that instead.

Yes, I accept returns for any reason. Because of this generous return policy, I must ask that you cover return shipping costs.

Please contact me to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery, and return any items within 30 days. Please use original packaging whenever possible, and be sure to use the return address I provide. (Do not return to the print shop, since they do not accept returns.) I can provide a return shipping label, however I must deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount.

Failure to return to the correct address in new condition fit for resale voids eligibility for refund.
