The success of our project in a Custom Order is a partnership with good communication!! We will start working based on your directions that we will receive from you. Please give us as many details as you can on the questionnaire that we will send to you once you purchase the Link . Please feel free to attach pictures as many as you can.

We take great pains to make sure what you see is what you get. It’s pretty transparent. For Custom orders after we receive the Deposit and the Questionnaire we will make a 4" x 4" trial swatch that will represent the item you have ordered and an artwork .THIS IS FOR FREE ! We will send a digital image for approval to you.We will proceed with the actual order only after we receive your approval.If you have time it is always nice to see the swatch in person.We can ship to you the swatch too. Pls see more info on shipping .
Once you approve the swatch we will proceed to production.We will send you Work in progress and final pictures before shipping to make sure you are 100% happy before we ship out.

Like explained in the above questions we will keep you updated on work in progress as the trial swatch/sample is pretty much a representation of exactly what you will get for production.
We are happy to make revisions on the trial swatch to be sure you are satisfied with what you will receive for production. But as you will appreciate we’re unable to offer excessive revisions free of charge. If we determine that your requests are outside the scope of the item purchased, we'll provide you with a link for additional payment or find another option that we think will be suitable for both of us.

Once you approve the Trial swatch we will proceed to production.
There can be some minor changes and additions that can be made to the final piece before it ships out. Due to the handmade nature of our work and not to damage the beading there are limitations to changes that can be done after the work is finished, this is the reason we will keep you updated with work in progress pictures.
One we start production any changes may result in delays and changes in the price estimate .We will inform you accordingly.

We understand that life happens -- we request that you communicate with us if you anticipate delays in responding to us regarding your order. Orders that have gone 1 week with no communication will be marked as shipped + complete. Once we start the work it holds up production space and messes up our work flow if we cannot continue due to lack of communication. On our end please understand that we are working with a time zone difference with our factories. While Shaun and I are based in New York, NY Our factories are based in Mumbai, India. So, there may be a 24 -36-hour delay in responding to you while we are waiting to hear back from them.

For Custom orders we require a deposit of 50% that needs to be paid at the time you decide to confirm order.Balance of the payment needs to be completed prior to shipping.

Once we receive the deposit from you we will confirm an estimated TIME /ACTION /PLAN. Please do specify the date you need the final piece you have ordered, we will plan our work accordingly. Once the item is ready we cannot hold waiting for the balance payment . At the best we can wait for 1 Week for the final payment before it ships out. After one week has passed it is considered as cancelled and no refund can be made on the deposit.
We cannot accept returns and Cancellations of a Custom Order as this was specially made for you:)

SHIPPING: If you are based in the Continental United States we can offer free shipping by UPS ground/USPS Priority mail .

Free shipping is not included for Trial swatches/samples :We can arrange to ship this swatch if you prefer to review it in person.

Depending on your urgency we can give you shipping options and you can decide your best choice. We ship worldwide through premium courier companies such as FedEx and DHL and UPS . We have been shipping all over the world for a over 20 years ..trust us we can provide you with good shipping options.

7-10 days for USA
10-15 days for Europe
17-25 days for Rest of the world..

We will communicate with you very clearly before you purchase the item how much time we anticipate for production.
For Custom Orders the production time that has been given to you will start after the first swatch is approved.
Changes the trial swatch and to the final item during production MAY add to the time given .
Do refer to the individual items listed for a more accurate production time .THE TIME LISTED IS ONLY PRODUCTION TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.

We do our best to accommodate RUSH requests it depends on our production flow and many other factors .At times we may have to charge a RUSH fee to do this.

RETURNS :
We Stand behind our work and we will gladly accept returns.
Returns will be accepted in FULL ONLY. No part returns allowed.
We cannot do exchanges but happy to give a store credit on receipt of return.
For Returns :Please contact us within 7 days of delivery .Items must be received within 21 days from the day it was shipped back.
Cancellation: Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

PHOTOS: We take all our photos to present to you the most realistic image that represents the beading. However due to diverse screens on smartphones and monitors color aberration is inevitable sometimes. You can ask for additional pictures when you worry about the color might not match the picture. We have explained in our FAQ that it is always a good idea to hold, feel and see the actual trial swatch before you start a custom order.
