Samples are all 12 oz. tote bags.

ORDER PROCESS:

1) Select a tote bag color and type.

2) Select a text color.

3) In the personalization field, provide:
- Font style: (1) name with heart or (2) name without heart. Both styles are in lowercase letters only.
- Name (keep under 12 characters, no special characters)

If the font style is not specified, we will use the name without heart style.

MULTIPLE PIECE ORDERS: If you are ordering multiple pieces in the same color and font combination, simply adjust your quantity and provide your names. If you need different combinations, add them to your cart separately.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

Please double-check all order details (colors, spelling, etc.) and your shipping address. It is our policy to ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, place a new order and notify us immediately. The first order will be a placeholder in our order list and will be canceled and refunded. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we do not cover the postage for return shipping.

We can accommodate requests for color/text changes only if we have not started working on your order. Please send us a message and we will confirm if changes are possible.

Processing time (the time needed to complete the order) will vary--check the listing for the most up to date processing. We are not responsible for transit delays and cannot guarantee the delivery date or offer refunds for late packages.

AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local post office. If the package is unclaimed or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
