All of my art prints are professionally printed. They are printed on a 100% cotton rag paper with a matte finish. This paper is heavier and thicker than regular photographic paper - it is designed specifically for museum grade fine art prints. Only archival inks are used. This combination of paper and ink produces a print with rich colour and depth that will last a lifetime.

Custom portraits are also available on canvas wraps. All canvases are professionally printed, stretched and framed by a professional fine art lab.

You will receive a proof via Etsy Messenger to approve or request revisions within 3 business days of receipt of your photo. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of the proof message being sent, you will receive a follow up message. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the follow up, we will automatically send your portrait to printing as-is.

It is extremely important that you check for this proof copy - either log into your Etsy messages or check the email attached to your Etsy account.

We are not responsible for any delays incurred due to a lack of response to messages. Once orders are sent to the printer any changes will incur a fee.

From time to time I may have questions about your order. Please understand that a custom portrait is a collaborative process. As an artist I may require input from you to ensure that you receive a portrait you love.

Correspondence will be via Etsy Messenger. Therefore its vital you check your Etsy account for messages or the email address attached to your Etsy account during the process.

If I don't receive prompt responses to messages YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED. I am not responsible for delays incurred due to slow responses or lack of response.

When you place your order I will contact you to confirm the order and give you information about sending your photo. If I don't receive your photo or a response I will attempt to contact you again.

After three attempts to contact you, if I have not received a response your order will be considered abandoned and I will cancel and refund minus a $10 administration fee.

Free shipping is not available for the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska or Hawaii.

Additionally, some remote locations in Canada may also attract an additional shipping fee. In this case you will have the option to cancel your order without penalty should you decide you don't wish to pay for shipping. If a remote shipping charge applies to your order, I will contact you before any work commences to discuss.

Due to the amount of time it takes to create a custom portrait, I am unable to create a new portrait from a new photo if you change your mind. Please choose your photo carefully. While some adjustments to completed artworks are possible, major changes that involve considerable extra time will attract a fee for changes. Two rounds of proofing are included. If you require more changes after two rounds, a fee of $20 for each extra proofing round will be charged.
