WHEN IS MY INSTANT DOWNLOAD READY AND HOW DO I ACCESS IT? (For non-editable/non-Templett items)
After checkout and your payment has cleared, you can download your file(s) instantly. This usually takes a few minutes at most.
Steps to easily download the file(s) associated with your order:
1. Go to the top right corner of your Etsy page and click on the "You" dropdown menu.
2. Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu.
3. Find your purchase, and click the orange button that reads "Download Files".
(NOTE: This must be done on a computer, NOT a mobile phone or iPad)
WHAT IS TEMPLETT, HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TEMPLATE?
TEMPLETT is a partner of Etsy. They are an online design and editing platform where I created editable templates for you to customize. Once a listing is purchased from my shop, TEMPLETT gets notified and sends a link within 5 minutes to the email address associated with your Etsy account. The link will take you to the TEMPLETT site where you can access, edit and download the files purchased. If you do not receive the link, you can also login by going to:
www.templett.com/design
and logging in with the order number and email address associated with the Etsy account.
WHAT CAN BE EDITED?
• Text can be edited for wording, font, color, size and placement
• Most artwork can be edited for size and placement
• Backgrounds can be edited for color, deleted or new ones added
• Upload your own image
• Add a back side
WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED:
• The colors of any watercolor artwork
• The size and orientation of your template, in case you need this to be changed, please contact me, I'm able to change it for you!
CAN I TRY THE TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASE?
Yes! You can try out our editable templates before you buy them!
Check out the specific listing you would like to test out and there will be a DEMO LINK for you to try. Copy and paste the link in your browser to access the link. All the editing features in the demo will be exactly the same as the purchased version, except you will not be able to save or download the template in the demo.
DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE? ARE FONTS INCLUDED?
There is no software to install! We use an in-browser editing app called TEMPLETT that allows you to instantly view and edit your product right on your computer screen. Download your final file right from the app!
Yes, fonts are included and there is no need to install any fonts. The fonts shown in the listing image will automatically appear when you open your template. You can also change to any of the multiple fonts available!
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY LINK FROM TEMPLETT?
First, allow up to 5 minutes for your payment to clear and your Templett account to be created. Second, make sure to check the email address that you have used on your ETSY account. Lastly, check your spam/junk mail.
If you do not receive the link, you can also login by going to:

and log in with the order number and email address associated with the Etsy account.

WHAT SHOULD I DOWNLOAD?
We offer download options that allow you to print ANYWHERE!
DOWNLOAD OPTIONS:
• PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop (use the "save paper" option to format multiple templates on 8.5"x11" or A4)
• JPG - for photo lab or print shop
• PNG - for email or social media
Options to add bleed, "save paper" and "add trim marks"
WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND?
It's best to print on thick card stock. We recommend 100lb or more. Most home printers will comfortably print on 90 - 110lb card stock. Just be sure to check your paper compatibility and output for your specific printer first.
If printing at a local copy shop, ask to see one item printed to make sure the colors and materials are to your liking.
I NEED A PRINT SHOP, CAN YOU RECOMMEND ONE?
If you’re considering a professional printer, I highly recommend Prints of Love. I love the thick card stock they use (130lb matte or glossy, 100lb linen) and the print quality. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. They also mount posters on foam board.

CAN I PRINT THESE AT HOME?
Yes, it’s more affordable than having your invitations printed by a pro.
• Print at home → download as a PDF + "Save Paper" + "Trim Marks" (formats multiple templates on 8.5x11" or A4 sheet)
For invitations, give yourselves plenty of time. Count back from your wedding date to see when you’ll need to start printing and assembling. Invitations should be mailed at least eight weeks before your wedding date. It is helpful to have about 10 percent more supplies than you actually need in case of mistakes or the need to reprint something.
