We only sell digital items; therefore, no physical item will be mailed/shipped to you. If you see that your items have SHIPPED it means that your order is complete, and your files have been delivered via email.

We sell 2 types of digital files
1. A digital file that is sold as is, it will be an instant downloadable file that cannot be edited/changed.

2. A file that can be edited/changed. It will be a file from Templett.com. Once a purchase is made you will receive a link via email from Templett.com in 10-20 minutes. It will be sent to the email you have listed with Etsy.

When purchasing a file that is editable using Templett.com, you will be sent an email with a link to access your gift tag (it will be sent to the email that is on file with Etsy).

If this is the first time using Templett.com you will access the link and then you will need to set up your account and set a password.

If you are a repeat customer for a Templett.com product you will just go to your Templett.com account and your file will be there to edit.
