The height of the letter is 254mm [10inch] and width is according to an aspect ratio of the letter.
(this size is scalable to any measure)
The thickness depends on the material you take.
This letter has 7 layers so if take,
2mm material your letter will be 14mm thick,
3mm - 21mm,
4mm - 28mm,
6mm - 42mm,
8mm - 56mm,
10mm - 70mm.
