**Please note: I do combine postage for more than 1 item & will always refund the overcharge. You are welcome to enquire first for an accurate price and/or personal custom listing if you wish. It's difficult to estimate all the postal permutations of various sizes & weight combinations.

Over 2kg - telephone number required for delivery company. please leave in message to seller if you order a lot or heavier items. I will contact you if required.
Over £50/€50/$50... it may be best to send by a tracked service which requires a phone number. It will help if you leave it in a note at checkout in case I need it. I won't use it for any other purpose.

SHIPPING TIMES
All items are shipped from the UK & will usually be posted within 3 days of receiving payment, often sooner.

Postage within the UK is by Second Class Mail for smaller packages and either Parcel post or courier for larger orders. There is an option to upgrade to 1st class at checkout. All orders are now being scanned to confirm delivery. A signature may be required for orders over £40 within the UK. Special delivery (next day) can be arranged... just get in touch & I'll advise you of the price.

Postage outside the UK is generally by standard Airmail. Tracking adds significantly to the cost, so I generally only add it to larger orders. Just ask if you would like me to add it and I will adjust the listing for you or invoice separately. You may have paid enough for expedited delivery if you order several items.

UK- 1st class takes 1-2 days but can be longer. 2nd class, up to a week but can be longer.
EUROPE- most places receive mail within 1-2 weeks, but can be longer.
EVERYWHERE ELSE- 2-3 weeks is average, sometimes longer. USA particularly can be subject to delays clearing customs, 4 weeks is unlucky but not unusual. South American countries can also experience extreme delays, depending on the internal postal system.

NON-UK CUSTOMERS
YOU are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that items purchased may be imported to your country. Postage will not be refunded for any items returned due to customs or import restrictions. Items returned to me as 'uncollected' will not have postage refunded.
Tracking is not added as standard. Please request it if you need tracking.

UAE- a phone number required as items often get returned without one. Due to the frequent return of items marked 'uncollected', all UAE orders are shipped by a tracked & signed service. You are responsible for checking your PO Box.
SOUTH AMERICA- extreme delays often occur depending on the internal post service. I may contact you to discuss options for tracked services.
BRAZIL: a tax ID number is required on all mail.

PACKAGING
Book pages will be packed flat, with cardboard to protect.
Smaller sheets of paper will be packed flat with cardboard to protect.
Full & Half sheets of paper will be rolled in a sturdy tube.
Some orders will need to be sent in separate parcels:
e.g. notebooks, a large quantity of small sheets & 320gsm paper won't go in a tube with full sheets; larger quantities of full/half sheets may need sending in more than one tube.
A4 polythene bags are biodegradable and can be recycled with plastics.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
Expedited shipping can be arranged on request. A telephone number will be needed to arrange collection for International deliveries.

**The weight of various papers varies so much & postage goes up in 100g or 250g (.25-1 oz) increments depending on the weight, so it's very easy for me to make errors in estimating the shipping costs for combined orders. If you are ordering several items I will always refund any over-charges, or if you prefer, you can enquire first for an estimate, or I can prepare a custom listing with the correct cost.
