I work from my country farm house located just outside of Owen Sound, Ontario, where I am surrounded by the beauty of nature every day, providing me with peace and inspiration.

As an animal lover, I understand the importance of cherishing life’s little moments, and that’s why I pour my heart into every piece I create. Using only the highest quality materials and time-honoured techniques, I strive to make each piece a timeless heirloom that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

At Bobbi’s Jeweller, I’m passionate about ethical standards in the jewellery industry. That’s why I source my precious metals from a refinery that shares my vision and is 100% recycled. I source ethical gemstones from reputable companies that share the same values.

For every sale, Bobbi’s Jeweller plants one tree, and for every wedding band set, we plant two trees in Ghana, Africa, where gold mining has affected deforestation. Let’s grow a forest together.

With over 9 years of experience as a goldsmith and a diploma from the Canadian Jewellers Association and the Gemological Institute of America, I offer custom orders, repairs, and refurbishing services. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me a message. I’d love to chat!

Here are some frequently asked questions:

What is your warranty on stones? I guarantee all work and replace missing gemstones within one year of purchase. If there is damage to the setting, this will void the warranty. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping the item to Bobbi’s Jeweller for repair.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size? Can you adjust them? Yes, I offer a free resizing service after purchase. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping the ring back to Bobbi’s Jeweller for resizing. Please send me a message to start the resizing process. If you need help with sizing, please check out my sizing chart or feel free to message me.

Do you offer custom work? Yes, I absolutely love creating special one-of-a-kind pieces. Send me a message with your ideas, timeline, and budget, and we will go from there. I often draw up a few designs for you to choose from to get the vision started. Check out my Bespoke/Custom page for more information.

Will I have to pay duty or VAT? Sometimes, custom fees are applied. It has been my experience that most of my shipments to the United States have cleared without any fees. It is your responsibility as a customer to understand and pay for any duties or VAT charges that may be applied.
