Gold filled jewelry is a base metal covered with a thick layer of gold ( usually 5% or 1/20 ). Because of the thick layer of real gold on top of our pieces, they wear on the skin just like real gold! This means, gold filled pieces are generally safe for individuals with sensitive skin.

COMPARED TO :

Gold Plated : a base metal covered with a thin layer of gold. Prone to tarnishing and chips over time. Some may not be allergy friendly.

Gold Vermeil : Sterling Silver base metal with a thin layer of gold. Better quality than Gold Plated and are generally allergy friendly.

Here are some tips to ensure longevity with our pieces...

= Avoid showering, swimming and exercising with our pieces
= Polish your pieces every 2 weeks or so, to increase shine and reduce discoloration (provided with each order)
= Avoid wearing perfumes with your jewelry
= When not in use, store items in the pouches/jewelry box included in the order

If you're not satisfied, we ask that you reach out to us by or before 30 days after you receive your item. We accept exchanges on resizing all items but cannot exchange different items for personalized or earring items due to hygienic reasons.

All buyers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to our studio for any exchanges or returns.

If you're not satisfied, we ask that you reach out to us by or before 30 days after you receive your item. We accept returns except for personalized or earring items due to hygienic reasons.

WARRANTY:::

We offer a 6-month warranty on all of our items! If your item is damaged, please reach out to us before the 6-month to see if we can repair your item.

**Please note that light scratching on the metal from everyday wear does not qualify as damage under our warranty.

REPAIRS:::

The repair possibility will be determined on a case by cases bases. If repairs are possible after the 6-month warranty, customers are subjected to service and repair fees.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to our studio for repairs.

Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go as planned and the package might be returned or refused for whatever reason.

In rare cases that the package is being returned to sender, such as the address being incomplete or the buyer denies package.

We will be happy to process a refund once the item has been returned to our office.
