Recycling and upcycling is my passion. I absolutely love turning something old and discarded into something new. I’m also very passionate about holistic health especially women’s menstrual health. I started making my own cloth pads after developing an adverse reaction to disposables almost 10 years ago and in that time I’ve perfected pad patterns that work for me and I hope they work for you too! My jewelry is made from recycled materials and gemstones which have positive spiritual energy. The upcycled clothing I make is an intuitive process where I let the materials guide me.
