USPS is terrible anymore - especially their First Class Mail - and we ship Fed Ex whenever possible. Because they have the better shipping price on small packages though, we have to use them unless a Priority upgrade is chosen. Please be patient, as we do ship quickly and have no control over the postal service once a package is in their hands....

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: While I generally have a "no returns" policy (Etsy only allows us to show a yes OR no return policy) I do accept returns/exchanges, though exceptions and conditions may apply. Once a product is assembled and used, I can no longer sell it as new - so restocking fees will apply - these conditions may vary, according to the item, the amount of usage, etc... On items that ship free, I will also withhold the shipping cost of the item, in addition to any restocking fee. If I agree to accept a return, buyer is responsible for cost of shipping returned item back to seller. Contact me before shipping a product back for return or exchange so we can work this out together.

I typically ship every day, Monday through Friday and many Saturdays as well, though the post office is only open a couple hours on Saturday. Orders will typically go out in 1 - 2 days, depending on how many orders there are to ship.

I try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates. I don't add on handling charges, materials cost or insurance. Rarely and unfortunately, USPS may occasionally lose or damage packages and their contents. Without insurance, they will not be accountable. If you want your purchase/shipment insured, let me know and we can set that up. It is not very expensive and can be added to your shipping cost before shipment. Priority shipping automatically carries insurance up to $100 so if you want Priority Upgrade it will only add a little but get your order to you faster and insured. Any damage MUST be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery. I will not replace items reported damaged days, weeks or months after they have been delivered.

On mainly large equipment purchases I ship (or purchase in the case of drop shipments) the ordered item as soon as it comes through. These are sometimes drop shipped by the manufacturer and if there are cancellations and/or refund requests, there will be a restocking charge, varying with the brand/item/size.
