Each order is placed in an organza bag along with an instruction card (ex. if you order 2 bracelets, BOTH bracelets will be put into the same organza bag.) To cut down on packaging and waste, if you need more than one card or organza bag, please leave a detailed message in the "note to seller" section at checkout that you would like them each packaged separately.

Simply place a drop or two of your favourite essential oil on the lava bead(s) and the aroma should last a few hours to depending on the quality of the oil you use. All orders are sent with an instruction card.

Because I use high-quality, authentic gemstones, sourced from all over the world, sometimes the gemstone on your bracelet or necklace will look a little different than what is shown. This is due to slight imperfections in the gemstones or variations of colours. I try my best to match, but not all gemstones look the same. They are all unique, just like you!

BRACELETS: For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement if you like your bracelet snug or 1 inch of you like it a little loose. (If you don't have a tape measure just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler.)

No. Essential oils are not included in your order. But you do have the option of adding an essential oil sample to your order. Please see the link in each item description to add an essential oil to your order. Essential oils are FINAL SALE!

Shipping in Canada is free via untracked letter mail. The mail is taking longer than usual these days, so please be patient with the delivery. Unfortunately I have no control over delivery times, nor can I view the progress of untracked mail. Tracked Upgrades are available.

All US orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

If an item is returned in its original condition, your item(s) will be refunded minus the cost of any shipping (**THERE IS A $7 CUSTOMS/DUTY FEE FOR ITEMS RETURNED FROM THE US WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.)

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. If an item is "returned to sender" due to a wrong address, that item will not be refunded. You can pay to have to it reshipped to your correct address.

It is said that gemstones carry energy and are a high-vibrational piece of earth. Because of this, gemstones can absorb the energy around it.

It is recommended that you "cleanse" your stones every so often. You can do this by leaving it outside for a full day/night cycle or even in a window sill.
