We will send you a message when your order is complete and has shipped via Canada Post Expedited or if your product(s) are ready for pickup. The 1-3 week time frame does NOT include the time it takes for the item to be received once it has shipped.

*** Please make sure that you use the CORRECT ADDRESS when checking out since that is the address we will ship to and we want to make sure you get your products with no issues. We are not able to reimburse you if the product does not come to the proper address.
