:( I test all of my products before I list them and this particular one I used for my daughter's birthday with no problems. The only suggestion I would have is that perhaps your printer caused the issue. So sorry that you had trouble seeing the names, but when I printed it, the colors were as vibrant as they are on screen. Thanks for your feedback!
