Step 1: Purchase the wine bottle labels
Step 2: The PDF file will be sent to your email address which is on file with Etsy
Step 3: Print and cut as needed.
Step 4: Add to wine bottles with either full sheet stickers (which can be purchased from your local office supplies store OR use matte photo paper and attach with double sided sticky tape.

File will be sent to your email address on the ETSY account almost immediately, but within 24 hours.
