This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services
Information I Collect:

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of knitted headbands or wristwarmers, for example), if you contact me directly.



Why I Need Your Information and How I Use it:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

Data Retention:

I retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. As per HMRC Tax requirements, I will hold records for a minimum of 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:

Any personal data stored outside the EU, such as cloud services, will be stored in compliance with Standard Contractual Clauses, as per UK GDPR requirements.

Your Data Rights:

Access: You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you. You can put a Subject Access Request by contacting me directly using any of the contact options listed on my page.

Rectification: You have the right to request data held about you is updated to be correct. In the case of orders that have not been dispatched which have incorrect data, I may need to cancel your order for you to resubmit your order with correct details. However, if your order has already been dispatched and you wish to change your address, you will be liable for covering the costs associated in getting your order to you.

Object: you can object to any processing related to marketing or data processed in relation to legitimate interests as described in this Privacy Policy.
