This part is to describe how and when I collect, use and/or share information when you purchase an item/items from KnothingUsual Etsy Shop, contact me or use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and/or services.
This Privacy Policy doesn't apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own/control, including Etsy or any third party services you can access through Etsy. Please reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about their practices.

For me to be able to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you're ordering. You can also provide me with some other personal information required for custom orders.

I only need your information to provide my services, to fulfil your order, to settle disputes and/or provide costumer support.

I won't use your email address for any kind of mailing lists (not mine, not any others'). I could use your information if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law. I could also use your information to provide and improve my services. To comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
I only share your information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. Also, I will use your information (postal address and your full name) with service providers, such as delivery companies. Only to the extent necessary to perform these services. I can also collect, use, retain and share your information if I have to respond to legal process or to government requests; enforce my agreements, terms and policies; prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; protect the rights property and safety of my customers, or others.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I might also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce agreements. I usually keep your data for 3 years.
If you reside in certain territories, including the European Union, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. You may have a right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you, by contacting me by either email or Etsy. You may have the rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information, except when I'm required to store your information for legal reasons. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have a right to do so with your local data protection authority.
