PROCESSING:
We're committed to preparing your orders with care, and sometimes, we have urgent and regular orders ahead of yours. The processing time usually spans 2-5 working days, depending on the fabric or swatches. If you need your order super urgently, please send us a message along with your order, something like "please ship asap," and we'll do our best to prioritize it without any additional charges.

SHADES:
Please keep in mind that fabric shades can vary depending on supply and demand. For instance, tulle typically remains consistent, while silk satin comes in small rolls with many unique shades that may sell out or change quickly. Many rolls of silk satins, crepe sketches, meshes are limited in quantity, so if you plan to use a specific shade in the future, we can't guarantee we'll have the exact same one available. We'll strive to find a very similar shade for you. While we can't promise identical shades, they will be very close, as they come from the same color family. For your convenience and to help you save on sample delivery, we can provide additional photos to help you choose a color. We only select the finest fabrics for sale, and we're confident you'll be delighted with your choice!
