Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
We love custom orders! We accept custom orders for doormats and mini doormats. Listings for each can be found in the doormat section of our shop. We also offer custom options for our monogram, family name, and city/state doormats as well.
How do I care for my doormat?
While coir doormats are extremely durable, they will last
much longer if placed under an awning to protect them from
the elements. Simply give your mat a good shake to clean!
If your doormat design has started to fade from lots of use,
touching up a faded design is easy! Use black acrylic paint and a small firm bristle brush to trace the design and bring new life to a mat that is getting worn out.
Do you sell doormats in custom sizes?
We are able to offer doormats in any custom size 18"x30" or smaller. If you would like a custom size, you will need to purchase the doormat design you want as well as the custom dimensions add-on. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Can I purchase a blank doormat?
Absolutely! If you would like to purchase a doormat without a design, please contact me to receive a discount code on your purchase!
