It looked perfect when I received the picture but when I opened it, it had dirt on it and it was not wrapped in anything to protect the white fabric in shipping the front part was just glued on and it was also popping off. It was a very nice item but packaged poorly and that poor packing ended up making the item arrive dirty and kind of messed up

Madeline, ALL of my guestbooks that are shipped out to clients are carefully packaged by myself. Each Satin bow is stuffed with a round of foam so they do not flatten in shipping. The books are then individually wrapped in a white tissue paper followed by a good layer of bubble wrap. I honestly do not know how this happened unless package was reopened at post office from a random inspection.
