Frequently asked questions
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If you notice a discrepancy please send a message ASAP. If Item has already shipped and is returned to us, additional shipping fees will be applied to reship. If an item is returned to us for an undeliverable address or a refused delivery, we will hold for 30 days before we deem it abandoned. We do not make refunds for these returns and we will not reach out when received
Can you guarantee delivery times?
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. As much as we try, once packages are handed over to the mail carriers, we cannot control when they deliver orders.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your family members, concierge, mail room, neighbors, your mail person, or your post office. Often times, it has been delivered to a neighbor by mistake of the mail carrier. We will walk you through a claims through the USPS or UPS if you need assistance. We cannot refund for USPS/UPS/FEDEX lost packages.
To ensure delivery, make sure your shipping address is USPS verified when entering in your information to Etsy. We are not responsible for lost packages that do not have USPS verified addresses
I made a mistake on my personalized item, what can I do?
Like many companies once an item is personalized we cannot change it or give refunds if the item has already been made. As mentioned in other places in our shop , double check all spelling /dates / any personalized info before your order.
Do you take returns?
🧾 Returns: We know that sometimes item details like sizing, or materials are accidentally missed and you may want to know about returns. If the item is not custom, we may be able to help. Authorized returns may be accepted on some items. The return will be shipped back at the customers expense, with a up to a 25% restock fee deducted, as well as original shipping costs deducted from refund if the item had free shipping. This will be communicated before return. If the item is returned via refusal or wrong address, we do not reach out, and will consider the item abandoned 30 days after receipt. There is a 30% restock fee for ALL refused returns and wrong address returns, as well as original shipping costs deducted if a refund is issued.
I saw some of your photos elsewhere, are you the original maker?
Yes! We do not share our photos with any other entity. If you see our photos anywhere else on the internet and you do not see our shop name as the seller, you are not buying the genuine product.
