Necklaces measure 18" approx 46cm. Key ring use a 25mm ring. Sizes of other items and components are given in the listing or can be given on request.

CARE OF YOUR PURCHASE

The colour of charms is antique silver, (unless otherwise stated), they may appear gilt on some monitors and phone screens depending on your display settings, but they are silver.

Where items are described as antique they are an antiqued finish, they may have minor marks in the finish, e.g. minor scratches, dents, pitting, bubbles etc, this is normal and should not be confused as a flaw, it is a characteristic of the finish.

Designs may vary e.g. bails, necklace and key ring design, style of engraving, layout of words.

Your item would benefit from an occasional wipe with a mild detergent such as baby bath/shampoo on a soft cloth or sponge to keep its finish. Do not use abrasives as it may damage the bound surface.

Penrux do not include a gift box as we find that customers choose to purchase their own. We offer an optional gift box at extra cost in silver or gold.
All purchases are presented in an organza bag to prevent abrasive damage during transit, they are then packed in a sealed air envelope or box depending on order size.
We regret the use or plastic components contained in packaging and are currently looking into affordable alternatives.
Etsy offers a gift invoice to accompany a gift directly to the address of the person you are buying for, it is printed on white A4 paper with black text. We enclose a gift voucher with all purchases please message if you do not want this to be included.
