HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE:

1. Log in to your Etsy account
2. Click on “Your Account” (top right)
3. Choose “Purchases and reviews”
4. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders

When your order ships a notification is sent to the email address listed on your Etsy account with tracking information.

►Shipping: UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping takes 2-6 business days to arrive. Free Shipping applies to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 US states only. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at an additional charge. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, internationally or using other shipping companies.

*Turnaround times do not include shipping. Printing Turnaround times start on the following full business day after file approval. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays or dates we are closed.

Premade Designs are sold "As Is". This means the design is sold with the colors and fonts as pictured in the listing. I then personalize the files with your business info. Want to change the color or font on a design? Please contact me before ordering.

To add your shop banner:

1. On Etsy.com, go to your Shop Manager.
2. Select the pencil icon next to your shop name under Sales Channels.
3. Select Banner to showcase your brand and listings at the top of the page.
4. Choose the type of banner you want.
5. Choose Done.

Digital files: Did I make an error? I'd be happy to correct your file! Please contact me immediately. If it's been a while since you ordered there may be a file update charge.

Print orders: Did you receive your print order and noticed a problem? Please contact me immediately with photos of multiple items (20 or more pieces) showing the order issue.

*Borders on printed items are not recommended due to possible cutting shifts. This is especially noticeable on small items, even half a millimeter of cutting shift may cause designs with borders to look uneven. The industry standard for cutting tolerance is anything within 1/16" inches. Since we do not recommend borders. Orders with borders will not be reprinted if they appear slightly off.
