What are the exact sizing specifications?
The size listed for framed art is the total size of the framed piece - not the size of the artwork. If buying a print only you will receive the artwork in the size listed. When buying a set of 2 or 3 the size options listed are for each individual frame. For example, if you buy a set of 2 at 30x40” inches, each frame will be that size.
Do you accept custom orders?
Looking for a different size than the ones displayed? Got a unique idea with one of our available prints? We totally do custom orders! So send us a message on Etsy, email us at info@weframeart.com, DM us on Instagram @WeFrameArt, or call us at (949) 831-6606 with what you have in mind and we’ll make sure to accommodate you!
Are the prints available without framing included?
They sure are! And if the size displayed does not work out for you, please let us know. We can print our artwork in any size!
What is your delivery process and timeline?
Our processing time is only 1 business day! We ship through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS depending on the size of the order. Shipping varies from 1 to 4 days depending on the destination. We package each order securely and look nice as well!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for all orders. So, we will let you return anything you want, anytime you want, and for any reason. We want you to be happy with the art you chose and if you aren’t for any reason we’ll make it right!
