We welcome personalized or custom orders on all of our mugs.

Our mugs are 11oz and 15oz in size

All our coffee mugs are microwave and dishwasher Safe - woohoo!

Unfortunately we are not able to offer gift wrapping or custom packaging at this time, sorry peeps it’s a DIY job I’m afraid.

We are unable to offer a personal note with our mugs due to our printing firm facilities.

If you're wondering why your order hasn't arrived within the standard shipping timeframes, don't worry! You can get in touch with us as soon as it's been more than 10 days ( UK) or 30 days ( elsewhere ) since delivery and we'll take a look at what happened.

If we don’t hear from you within this time we will assume your mug was delivered all ok.

If you need to change your delivery address, be sure to contact us ASAP! We will do everything in our power for an easy fix. But if the order has already been processed by one of our partners then unfortunately we cannot always accommodate a last minute change; sorry about that.
