When will my order ship?
Please note that each and every item is handcrafted by our workshop. We work very hard to ship as soon as we are able, but due to my high order volume, please allow some time for production, before shipping. You can view the production time for each piece under the "Shipping & Policies" tab in the listing description. I update my production times frequently, and busy times will have slightly longer production times (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). You can view estimated shipping times in my shop policies above. Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns about when a piece may arrive. Thank you! :)
Do you offer gift wrapping? How can I find my ring size?
Each and every piece will arrive ready for gift giving, whether it be a gift just for you, or for a loved one :)

Care instructions
Fine Jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma.This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We don't provide warranties for damage due to normalwear ,product loss, loss of stonesor theft. damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
NOT manufacturing defects- repair
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals,make-up,swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing. Prongs and precious metals,in general, wear over time and may require " building up" or restoration work as normal wear.Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to shipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
While all of my jewelry is carefully handcrafted, please be sure to follow the care instructions that I send out with each piece to ensure that your jewelry will not suffer breakage. Most importantly, please do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, as movements during sleep can result in damage.
Refund-Shipping
Refunds will not be issued if the returned items are opened or in used condition or altered or damaged in any way and also if the returning shipping and packaging method is different than previous mentioned.
If the customer claims that he or she has received a damaged product and requests a repair or a return and refund then the product must always returned to me for examination and if there is no alteration or damage from misuse I will refund the shipping cost for returning the product to me and send a new one or refund it depending of the customer request. I can not take any responsibility if your item lost or stolen by your local post service, airport, customs etc, once your order has entered your country!
Cancel order-Returns and Exchanges
I accept cancellations within 12 hours.Please contact me within 14 days from receiving if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. The returning shipping fees payed from the customer. Non-personalized jewelry can be returned for a refund of the full item cost (not including shipping fees), if returned *unworn* and in the original packaging (to be assured that the piece is protected during shipment). Please contact me here on Etsy if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Bridal party-orders, Custom orders , products which made of order and items on sale aren't refundable and exchangable.Making an order to my Etsy shop automatically means that you have read and accepted my shop policies as a contract between seller and buyer.
Lost Package
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

We ship the packages from Greece .The estimate delivery time from Greece with Elta -A' Priority Registered mail and tracking number is:
To Usa: 5-15 working days
To Australia-Canada: 12-19 working days
To Europe: 3-10 working days
Rest of the world: 12-25 working days
The delivery time is longer at the Holidays season, Black Friday,Cyber Monday and all the busy seasons for the Post Offices .The timings are given as an estimation.Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred. The order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure you provide the correct address!
